She was predeceased by: her parents, John Roy Tippetts and Ethel Josephine Adair; her husband John Edward Bowen of Coalville; her son Kim Ryan Bowen; her grandsons, Sean Cook and Chad Cook; her siblings, Emerson, Von Tippetts and Leila Hansen; and her daughter-in-law Judith Bowen.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey, John "Dennis" Bowen of Littleton, Colorado, Roger Bowen (Marcie), Connie Emerson, Bruce Bowen (Sue) and Jeff Bowen (Lori) of Washoe Valley, Nevada; and her sister Glenna Dodge. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and many-many great-great-grandchildren.
