She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ray Lewis Draper and Wanda Fern Peck; her spouse Thomas James McNeill; her children, Melinda, Shellie, Kenneth, Evelyn, Becky, Shawn and Donald; her siblings, Melvin and Diana; and her nieces and nephews, Melinda, Shellie, Ken (Cindy), Becky (Bryan), Shawn (Kara) and Donald (Kelsie). She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren.
