She is survived by: her husband Merrill Thoral Tuttle; her children, Karen Blackham (Dick), Roy and Brent Tuttle; and her siblings, Norma Jean Fessler, Joan Perry and Larry Stuart (Sherma). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
