He was predeceased by: his parents, William Martin and Germaine DesRochers; and his sister Sandra. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Martin; his niece Pamela Sylvain (Greg); his nephews, Sam and Ben; his brother-in-law Bob Lee (Mona); his children, Seegmiller, Jack, Angela, Lana and Autumn; and his pets, Punky and Frusty.

In lieu of flowers, Donna would ask that you donate to a Veterans organization of your choice in Bill's name.
