He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Angelyn Bryce, Mark Stout (Bonnie), Monterey Jones (Ron), Monica Cooper (Douglas), Laurleen Brown (Douglas), Stuart Stout (Heidi), Haylee Prete (Joseph), Sheldon Stout (SaraAnne), Shelley Goodfellow (Cody), Sondra Hall (Spencer), Sara Anderson (Adam), Adam Stout (Larae), Daniel Stout (Susie), Ben Stout (Tia), Crystal Montenegro (Stuart) and Jared Stout; and his siblings, Marshall Dennis Stout, John Fisk Stout, Sara Keiser, Helen Manwaring and Roma Ann Richmond.
