She is survived by: her children, Lennis (Linda), Carolynn, Kent (Kathy), Sandra Nielsen (David), Diana Clark (Michael) and Mike Olson (Tami) of Suwanee, Georgia.; her grandchildren, Christian Nielsen, Candace Clark, Jonathan Clark (Lexie), Brigham Clark (Madi), Megan Clark, Joshua Olson (Jasmine), Hannah Howard (Nathan) and Sarah Barlow (Kayden); her great grandchild Haydin; and her caregivers, Dr. Manning, Dr. Hamblin, Jennifer Hollingsworth and Rob Phelps of Sunshine Hospice.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Logan 19th Ward (1255 N 600 E, Logan, UT 84341). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
