He was loved and cherished by many people including : his former life partner Nancy Foote; his wife Dena Cowley (Diana); his children, Corina Arnell (Keith), Tiffany Ginocchio (Rod), Loni Cobb (Ben), Jason Cowley (Bre), Trevor Cowley (Nicole), Bryce Cowley, Landon Cowley and Braden Cowley; his stepchildren, Christopher Hatch, Ashley Denton (Adam), Haley Cox (Paul), Mackenzie Woolf (Joseph) and Collin Hatch; his mother Julieanne Ogden Cowley; his siblings, Sidney Cowley (Jamie) and Jolee Edwards (Brad); his father Tony Cowley; his sisters, Deborah Zockoll and Karen Abbott; and his nephews, Casey Abbot, Kasey Cowley and Derek Cowley We.

Viewing was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM at the Hyrum 15th Ward (450 E 100 S, Hyrum, UT 84319). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hyrum City Cemetery (500 E Main St, Hyrum, UT 84319).
