He was predeceased by: his brothers, Donald Butler and Kenneth Butler. He is survived by: his significant other Judy Lynn Birkes; his siblings, Val Butler of Ogden and Cheryl Taylor of St. George; his wife Judy; his children, Kristi Strongo (John), Matthew Butler, Andria Staheli (Trent), Camila Young (Tyler), Michael Butler (Samantha) and Jonathan Butler (Lyndy); and his grandchildren, Josh, Jake, Caleb, Rachel, Allison, Belle, Josie, Carson, Hazen, Zac, Memphis, Jacoby, Hennessy, Lennix, Max, Rocko, Gwenny and Willow.
