He is survived by: his parents, Kenny Bascom and Beth Bascom of Jensen, Utah.; his children, Dallas Bascom (Kali) of Vernal, Madilyn Bascom and Tad Bascom; his grandson Jameson Bascom of Vernal; his siblings, Jeffery Bascom (Marlayna), Jamie Burton and Malia Stringham (Shawn); and his grandmother Elaine Bascom. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many cousins.
