He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Birch and Carl W. Myers; and his brother Frank Myers. He is survived by: his sisters, Colleene Bridge of Oregon, Nancy Holt (Gordon) of Syracuse, Utah and Debbie Brunisholz.
