He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bizwell Lee of Sharon, Tennessee. and James Lee. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Joyce Perry; his children, Bob Lee of Vernal, John Kelly (Shaheerah) of San Francisco, Lisa Lee Pijanowski (Paul) of Las Vegas, Laurie Lee Stevenson (Larry) of Vernal, Lynette Lee Owens of Las Vegas and Jimmy Lee (Sherry) of Vernal; and his sister Peggie Lee Coleman (Sam) of Ft. Worth, Texas.. He is also survived by six children, 17 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
