He was predeceased by : his spouse Mildred; and his sibling Josephine Cannataro. He is survived by : his children, Annette Willis, Joseph, Anthony, Gino Jr. and Phyllis Forcina; and his siblings, Katie Pizzollo, Anthony, Peter, Dominic, Louis, Pasquale and Mario Forcina. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
