He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joseph Henry and Lillie Mabel Toronto Crow; his wife Kay Frances Legate Crow; his children, Tacy Anna Pifher (Louis), Joel Glen Crow (Kaye) and Todd Robert Crow (Valerie); his stepchildren, Juliana Dyke (Jim), Valerie Long (Meredith), Victoria Marks (Glen) and Frank Albert Basile; and his sister Joyce Taylor (Lee). He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
