She was loved and cherished by many people including : her spouses, Keith Nelson and Harold Carl Ames of Joseph; her children, Thauna Rose Nelson Kazakevicius of Centerville, Homer Sheldon Ames (Bobbi) of Central Valley, Julie Ann Ames, Jeanne Arlene Ames of Richfield, James Michael Ames (April) of Joseph and Jeffery Lynn Ames (Sarah) of Glenwood; her siblings, Fred Wayne Smith (Beth), Brenda Fay Ames (Dan), Colleen Kay Forness (Richard), Connie Ray Barlow (Dave) and Bert Jay Parks; her parents, Glenn C. Smith and Lillian May Whiting; her son Harold Carl Ames Jr.; and her brothers, Kenneth Gayle Smith and Gary Dean Smith. She was also cherished by 19 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
