He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Hopwood and Anna Mae Richards Blazzard; his wife Kelly Ann of Kamas; his children, Clark H. Blazzard (Jan), Barry J. Blazzard (Jamie), Ann Dillree (Dee), Laura Hicken (Miles), Jennifer Fullmer (Scot), Nancy Betournay (Bryan), Brian G. Blazzard (Debra), David R. Blazzard (Misty), James P. Blazzard (Monica), Marie Wamsley (Eric) and Mary Lou Giles (Cole); and his siblings, Bruce H. Blazzard, Joanne Marchant, Susan Russell, John Blazzard and Catherine Kennington. He was also cherished by his 41 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
