He is survived by: his wife Zeltha Janeel Ashmead; his children, Dallen (Amy) and Laneel Perry (Brian); and his siblings, Janet Walsman, Norma Henderson, Nancy Ferrin, Nelson Henderson, John Henderson and Tom Henderson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
