He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Francis Wade and Melba Myrtle Sparks Wade (Mayfield); his son William Lee Coombs (Wade); and his sister Betty Louise Mayfield Buckmaster (Neville). He is survived by: his former wives, Elizabeth Bauer and Gloria Johnstun; his children, Jeffrey Wade, Cindy Chambers, Holly Nelson-Skillman (Lou), Jolene Daines (Travis) and Julie Beagley (Jayson); and his siblings, Margee Mayfield Thompson (Bambrough), Kathryn "Kathy" Mayfield Larkins (Olsen), William "Bill" Mayfield and Robert "Bob". He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and a large extended family.
