She was predeceased by: her parents, Magnus Brunsvik and Ragna Almenning; her siblings, Bjarne, Ingebjorg, Ingvar, Kaare, Rolf, Olav and Solfrid; her sons, Ben, Tom and Finn; and her grandson Erik.
She is survived by: her husband Egill Haug Simonsen May; and her children, Fred (Jan), Boyd, Raymond (Claudine), Reuben (Heather), Lilah and Julie (Tony). She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
