He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth; and his sons, David and Douglas. He is survived by: his children, Kerry Edmond Hoggan (Barbara) of Rowlette, TX, Darin Blaine Hoggan (Melody) of Frisco, TX, Alene Evans (Phil) of Ogden and Heidi Pope (Jerry) of West Jordan.
