He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Tripp and Dean Street Lee; his wife Karen; his niece Amy Lee; and his pets, Amber, Sadie and Lady.
He is survived by: his close friend Karen Brown; and his siblings, Mike Lee (Cathy), Marsha Shaffer, Steven Lee, Patti (Steve Rollins) and Carolyn Olsen (Bill). He is also survived by in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
