It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles David Foote of Layton, Utah, born in Sandpoint, Idaho, who passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Carlos and Rosetta Housekeeper Foote; and his siblings, Arnold, Larry, Dean and Dale.

He is survived by: his former spouse Jean Brooking; his children, David (Michelle), John, Doug and Cindy Arnold (Tom); and his siblings, Lorraine, Joyce, Lily, Jay, Jesse and Duane.
