He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern White and Ellen Louise Ekstrom; and his brother Lawrence Michael Mumford. He is survived by: his former spouses, Joy Lucy Hart and Catheryn Ann Cobaugh; his wife Cathy; his children, Kimberly Valeika (Sean) and David Curtis (Dawni); and his sister Linda Rae Hedge. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
