He was predeceased by: his mother Nora Ilene Jacobs Chamberlain; and his sister Raylene Eriksson. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Connie) of South Jordan, Sean (Shannon) of Syracuse, Curtis (Lauralee) of Orting, Camille McQuiston (Max) of Kaysville and Mindi Sessions (Steve) of Layton; his father James William Chamberlain; and his brothers, Robert (Candice) and Greg (Jolene).
