It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Lay (Layton, Utah), born in Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on April 17, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frances and Mary Frances; and his sister Bettye. He is survived by: his wife Luanne; his children, Philip (Riki) and Elisabeth; his grandchildren, Mark, Trevor (Toni), Matthew and Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Brynlee, Kason, Sydalee, Tinslie and Teigan. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
