She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Michaelis and Ella Michaelis; her significant other Mars C. Killpack; her husband Ralph A. Osborne; her daughter-in-law Michelle Killpack; and her grandson Derek Barnes.
She is survived by: her siblings, Irene Hook and Lynn Michaelis (Carla); and her children, Donald Burrell (Jeneal), Clive Killpack (Wendy), Michael Killpack (Colleen), David Killpack (Susan), Nell Howell (Robert), Scott Killpack (Kim), Gayle Barnes (Steve), Linda Bailey (Kirt) and Sheldon Killpack (Nicole). She is also survived by 47 grandchildren and 82 great-grandchildren.
