We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2020, at the age of 83, Elaine Phinney of Layton, Utah, born in Saint Johns, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Damon and Edna Damon. She is survived by: her husband James Phinney; her children, Michael Phinney (Jolene) of Layton, UT, Michelle Phinney of Houston, TX and Kristin Porm (Bill) of Roy, UT.; and her grandchildren, Ann Small of Utah, Christopher Porm of Utah and Matthew Porm of Utah.

Memorials may be made in memory of Elaine to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 3329 Harrison Blvd. Ogden, UT 84403.
