She was predeceased by: her mother Cecelia Elizabeth Zimmerman Peiler; her significant other Jim P. Baker; her father Ted Peiler; and her daughter-in-law Lori Miles Welk. She is survived by: her husband Don Welk; her children, Debbie Welk Bockwoldt of Layton, UT, Bradley Michael Welk and Jay D. Welk (LuAnn); her sister Sandy Cartwright (Ron) of Anamoose, ND; and her children, Brad Welk (late Lori), Kaysville and Cheryl Baker. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
