He was predeceased by: his sister Pemmie Morgan Alsup. He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis Kay Brooks Morgan; his children, Jenifer Holbrook (John), Rebecca Bates (David), Stacey (Kristin) and Jeffrey (Chrissy); and his siblings, Bill Morgan (Pat) and Sheryl Jones (Paul). He is also survived by grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
