He was predeceased by: his parents, Garvene Garrett and Marcus Garrett; and his father-in-law Val Talbot. He is survived by: his wife Leann Talbot; his children, Emily Walsh (Brandon), Ben Garrett (Alexis), Megan Patterson (Justin) and Ellie Fessler (Cole); his grandchildren, William, Elyse, Sabrina Walsh, Brogan, Avery, Bridger Garrett, Asher, Aynslie, Anistyn Patterson, Gage and Tate Fessler; and his siblings, Marlene Allen (Gerry), Loralee Reid (Chad), Lynn Garrett (Linda), Phil Garrett (Kenna) and Larry Garrett (Stephanie). He is also survived by family members include his wife, children, grandchildren.
