He was predeceased by: his sisters, Nancy Herbert and CaraLee Ballenger; and his grandson Michael Ryan Macrum. He is survived by: his former wife Charlene Van Natta; his daughter Cindy Rae; his stepdaughter Cindy Lynn; his wife Jeanie Bean of Layton; and his children, Michael Macrum (Alane) of Layton, Leslie Bean, Cindy Briggs Battles (Alan) of Provo, Utah and Cindy Johnson of Hixon, Wisconsin.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
