He is survived by: his children, Elaine Horejs (John) of Arizona, Jesse Summers (Terrilyn) of Utah and Lamont Summers (Annette) of Idaho; and his siblings, Carol Ann Lee (Gary) and Douglas Summers (Carolyn). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
