He is survived by: his wife Gailene Leavitt; his daughters, Krystal Bronson (Lindy), Anissa Wheelwright (Kodie) and Amanda Despain (Mark); and his siblings, Debra Jorgensen, Douglas Leavitt, Korey Leavitt and Jason Leavitt. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
