He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Jonathan Butler and Mary Van Kampen Butler; his son Andy King Butler; and his siblings, Clarence H. Butler, Ellis K. Butler, Evelyn Butler Jepsen and Helen Butler Kroeger.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma of Layton, UT; his children, Pamela Butler Macfarlane (Jeff) of West Point, UT, Ann Butler Packard (Richard) of Evanston, WY and Brian Wayne Butler (Marilyn) of Wesley Chapel, FL; and his brother Lynn D (Elisabeth). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
He suffered most of his later life with extreme back pain, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and dementia, however always loved being surrounded by his family.
