It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Witter in Layton, Utah, who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raphael Anderson and Sara Rebecca Hawkins Harvey; and her husband Clyde Ray Witter. She is survived by: her sons, David and Larry Witter. She is also survived by three sisters, six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
