He was predeceased by: his parents, Parnell Green Sr. and Dorothy Green; and his daughter Kristine. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Phillips; his children, Parnell and Amy; and his brother Marley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
