It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Blood (Layton, Utah), born in Ogden, Utah, who passed away on July 19, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Claude and Mary Umpleby Blood; his children, Randal Max, Evan Todd, Wendy Kay and Rachel Lynn; and his grandson Kaiden Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Packer; and his children, Eric (Anne), Kristi (John) and Rose. He is also survived by his wife of 56 years, his children and grandchildren.
