It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Stinger (Layton, Utah), born in Boise, Idaho, who passed away on November 5, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Joseph B Stinger; and his brother Robb Stinger (Jana). He is survived by: his mother Kathleen M Perkins; his siblings, Susan Butler (James), Kayleen Rich (Aaron), Joshua Stinger (Maribel), Sam Perkins and Kristy Jensen (Darell A.); his wife Margaret; and his stepson Brandon.
