He was predeceased by: his parents, Taft P. Budge and Jean Price Budge; his siblings, Lynn Budge, Mary Sayer (Byron) and Margaret Haycock (Dick); his brother-in-law Kent Hall; and his grandson Dallin Reed.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Richard Budge (Heather Anne), David Budge (Chris), Scott Budge (Sara), Loren Budge (Erin), Melanie Budge and Michael Budge (Chelsea); his stepdaughters, Kathleen Davis (Alan), Janet Lott (Dale), Barbara Ann Petersen (Gregg), Kimberly Wing (Joe), Teresa Reed (Doug) and Alison Conover (Brett); his siblings, Ione Hall, Neil Budge (Jan), Ann Massey (Chuck) and Mark Budge (LouAnn); and his sister-in-law Janet Budge. He is also survived by grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
