He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rama Iverson Inman and Clarence Taylor; his wife Karlene Parker; his son-in-law Joe Hamblin; and his children, Kristine Hamblin (Joe), Jeffrey Taylor (Jilleen) and Steven Taylor (Jody). He was also cherished by ten grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
