He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Roose and Helen Marie Lowe; his significant other Svea E. Lowe; and his sisters, Dorothy Wentworth and Margaret Hopkins.
He is survived by: his children, Joanne Rene Lowe, John Robert Lowe (Petra), Thomas Richard Lowe (Linda) and Michael Frederick Lowe (Kathleen). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
