She was predeceased by: her son Travis W. Smith; her parents, Lowell Potter and Marie Potter (Petrarca); her husband Terry W. Smith; and her sisters, Sandra Berkley (Potter) and Linda Anderson (Potter).
She is survived by: her daughter Monica Smith (Wilson); her grandchildren, Quinn (Wilson) and Olivia (Wilson); and her brother Tom Potter (Marla).
