She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence Scarlet and Clara Ann Richards Scarlet; her siblings, Florentine, Clifford, Ralph, Don and Norma Jarvis; and her children, Marie Lawson (Jeff), Paula Achter, Howard Achter (Melissa), Mark Achter (Monica) and Daniel "Dan" Achter (Tammy). She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
