He is survived by: his parents, Ron Blair and Jane Blair (Clearfield) of Clearfield; his spouse Andrew Lund (Layton); and his siblings, Naomi, Richard Gardner (West Virginia), Aaron, Margarete Blair (Wyoming), Amelie Blair of Clearfield, UT and Mary Blair of Clearfield, UT. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
