She is survived by: her parents, Ralph Peters and Ardell Peters; her sister Janice Peay; and her children, Scott Winger (Kristin Nicol), Sandy Thomas (Nelson), Paul Winger and Kristy Smith (Michael). She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
