He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Christensen and Norma Christensen; and his pet Bear. He is survived by: his spouse Teddie Clark; his daughter Sonie of Clearfield, UT; his sisters, Hedy Reynolds (Rich Shipman) of Fort Collins, CO and Susan Christensen; his son Michael of Roswell, GA; and his friend Melissa Eldredge.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be gladly accepted to offset final expenses.
