It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernetta Montgomery (Layton, Utah), who passed away on March 31, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Meacham and Celia Dean Wixom; her husband Don; her daughter Becky Dalton; her siblings, Don, Sherman, Rulon, Joel, Wayne, DeAnn, Connie and Colleen; and her great grandchildren, Ashton Peck and Enoch Dalton.
She is survived by: her former husband Calvin Hill; her sister RuthAnne Schmidt; her children, Pamela Reynolds (Richard), Lynn Hansen (Shawn) and Jeff Montgomery (Tracy); her grandchildren, Angela Jenkins, Jacob Pennington (Candace), Curtis Dalton (Sally), Philip Dalton (Camille), Brian Dalton (Britnie), Heather Munoz (Jesse), Christopher Hansen (Anna), Stephanie Hansen and Kody Hansen; her great grandchildren, Dezarae Jenkins, Kendra Otterstrom (Brandon), Breanna Martinez (Carlos), Cameron, Karsynn Pennington, Alaina, Gus, Jack, Kohler, Addison, Graham Dalton, Bailey, Lili, Levi, Ben Dalton, Asher, Teek, Moe, Mazie Dalton and Remington Hansen; and her great great grandchildren, Grayson, Avery Jenkins, Elinore, Alaina Otterstrom and Andre Martinez. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
