He was predeceased by: his mother Gail Jeane Peterson Holbrook; his grandparents, Garn, June Holbrook and Billie Jeane Peterson; and his niece Esther.

He is survived by: his wife Samie Anderson; his daughters, Hallie, Breea, Mya and Averi; and his father Stephen Holbrook. He is also survived by his 10 siblings.
