He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Arva Smith of Price, UT, Jeddah Monson of West Bountiful, UT, Julian Mercer of Lehi, UT and William Mercer of Menan, ID; his significant other Dorothy; and his sons, Eric (Lynne) of Scituate Massachusetts, Kyle (Kimberly) of Orem Utah and Shawn (Krisztina).
