She is survived by: her parents, Richard Ernest and Judy Kay McPheeters Simon; her brothers, Rich Simon (Dani) of Draper, Brent Simon (Kat) of Eagle Mountain, Jared Simon (Tamara) of Jameson, Jason Simon (Patti) of Cowgill, Brady Simon (Christie) of Lehi, Darrin Simon (Trisha) of Bluffdale and Wesley Simon (Jenica) of Lehi, Utah.; and also, Ruth and Harry McPheeters.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hidden Cove Ward (2666 W 7000 S, West Jordan, UT 84084). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lehi City Cemetery (1100 N 400 E St, Lehi, UT 84043).
