He is survived by: his wife Susan Wasden Kormylo; his children, Matthew Kormylo (Vanessa), Julie Todd, Amy Smith (Nate) and Daniel Kormylo (Portia); his daughter-in-law Kim Kormylo (Nick); and his brother Phil Kormylo (Jean). He is also survived by grandchildren.
